Matuška and Zichovec are the two biggest craft breweries, quite expensive, high quality but not exactly known for their lagers, which is the type of beer Czech republic is known for. Both are a good choice but I think something more casual will fo fine, my recommendations: Pilsner Urquell - THE lager, THE beer of Czechia
Staropramen is the second largest beer producer in the Czech Republic and the first beers left the brewery in 1869.
